Whitney Lewis PREC 

Real Estate Advisor

Born and raised in Vancouver, I have been advising clients in the city’s real estate market for 14 years, with experience across the Westside, Eastside, and Downtown. I feel fortunate to work in the neighbourhoods I know and love.

Before joining Macdonald Realty, I spent several years working in sales and marketing and international real estate development, including attracting foreign direct investment to Abu Dhabi and contributing to the strategic plan for a major development in downtown Kuala Lumpur.

While those experiences brought great perspective, what I enjoy most now is working closely with clients and supporting them through big transitions with trusted guidance and advice.

I have enjoyed representing a diverse range of clients, from first-time buyers and growing families to long-time homeowners, sophisticated investors, and prominent developers. Regardless of situation or stage of life, I believe every client deserves ongoing, thoughtful and accurate market analysis, a working relationship built on integrity and discretion, and results that speak for themselves.

Adam Richardson

Born and raised in Vancouver, I bring more than a decade of experience advising clients and building trusted relationships in sales and marketing. Joining Macdonald Realty allows me to combine that experience with my knowledge of the city and its diverse neighbourhoods.

What drew me to residential real estate is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during some of life’s biggest milestones. I am proud to serve buyers and sellers throughout Greater Vancouver, with a focus on integrity, responsiveness, and attention to detail. I grew up in Toronto and moved west to attend UBC, where I quickly fell in love with Vancouver and the West Coast lifestyle. My husband and I raised our family on Vancouver’s Westside, and for more than 25 years I have had the privilege of helping clients navigate some of life’s most important transitions.

Over the course of my career, I have worked with a wide range of clients and circumstances. I bring perspective, discretion, and a deeply individualized approach to every relationship. Having bought and sold extensively myself, I understand both the strategic and personal dimensions of moving.

Real estate is never one-size-fits-all and I draw on decades of experience to help my clients make informed decisions with confidence.

For me, a successful transaction is built on trust, sound advice, and knowing when to be decisive. I take pride in the relationships I have built over the years and in helping my clients move forward with clarity — and ultimately, feel truly at home.
